Our Team
Numfor William Che is a Ph.D holder in English Private Law from the University of Bamenda. He holds an LL.M with the speciality of International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Dschang and an LL.B in Law from the University of Buea.
Dr. Numfor has served as a Part-Time Lecturer of Laws in several Higher Institutions of Learning within Cameroon. He is excited working at CCID and he is very passionate with Policy and Advocacy issues in the fields of Human Rights, Gender Equality, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, and Environmental Justice.
Dr. Numfor equally loves venturing into research, participating in public debates and discussions centered on harmful traditional practices, legal reforms on national and indigenous community issues. He is a lover of football and feels excited going on Eco-Tourism and watching country movies.
He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Pathology from the University of Buea. He has experience as a senior research officer at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, with his research focusing on supporting the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases (HIV, TB, Malaria and noncommunicable diseases) with local hospitals and the community. He is committed to research in sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality, gender-based violence, child rights, and protection to inform evidence-based advocacy and policymaking. He loves surfing the Internet, playing soccer, Gaming and socialising. He is humoured by comedy and storytelling".
Mary Grace Alemngu an graduate student at the university of buea studying women and gender studies with Law, have been working in community centre for integrated development CCID for a year now as an Administrative assistant. She is passionate about gender-based violence and child protection in her community and country. love engaging in activities that help her community and young girls.
Tegha Nnam Tracy holds an MBA in Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Buea. Tracy has served as a Monitoring and evaluation officer for community activities for the Health Sector Performance Reinforcement Project of Performance Based Financing (PBF). She is delighted to work as the Program Manager for the Community Centre for Integrated Development (CCID). She is also passionate about community and stakeholder engagement, sexual and reproductive health and rights, HIV sensitization on prevention, care and treatment. She enjoys working with issues related to SRHR and sexual reproductive justice, adolescents’ mental wellbeing, data collection and management. She is excited to engage in activities that help young boys, women, and girls in communities and schools.
Neh Tabo Nana is a holder of a BBA in accounting and finance from the University of Bamenda. She has been working at CCID for the past three years as the finance officer. Also, she is equally passionate about logistics and procurement, learning the concepts of sexual and reproductive health and rights, and empowering young people to make informed decisions about their sexual health. Neh Tabo has an in-depth desire to learn more about the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Apart from my professional career, Neh is solution-oriented when it comes to repairing equipment before it gets damaged.
Tchakam Richine Raissa is a master’s degree holder in guidance and counseling at the university of Buea. She also a holder of a bachelor’s degree in special education (educational psychology) from the University of Buea.
She has served as a volunteer to several secondary educational institutions within Buea, she also served as a gender coordinator in a several organizations. Tchakam is pleased to work with the community centre for integrated development (CCID) as their programs officer for gender and human right. She is passionate about issues affecting children, women and young people, with focused interest on child protection, gender equality and SRHR.
Tchakam also loves participating in community developmental issues, research on some harmful traditional practices affecting women and girls in different communities. She is a lover of gospel music, action/horror movies and tourism.
Etumboh Cyril is a highly accomplished professional with over five years professional experience in Human Rights promotion, gender mainstreaming and advocacy on women’s issues. A Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights advocate, a barrister and solicitor at law. A research driven personality who believes in bridging the gender gap by providing information through research, in this light, he has contributed to a litany of research and policy briefs which borders on issues such as Female Genital mutilation, sex worker’s rights, the rights of domestic workers and how war and large-scale crisis affect women’s participation. Currently the acting co-executive director of the organization, a former youth coordinator of Menengage Cameroon and a GROGEST fellow. Etumboh is an approachable personality, proficient in English and basic in French, Microsoft suite. Etumboh has a Bsc in women studies and law, an LLM in international trade and investment law in Africa, A B.L from the Nigerian law school and a post graduate diploma in international Gender Equality studies from the University of Iceland. Etumboh has co-authored several academic papers some of which are published in international journals.
