Etumboh Cyril is a highly accomplished professional with over five years professional experience in Human Rights promotion, gender mainstreaming and advocacy on women’s issues. A Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights advocate, a barrister and solicitor at law.
A research driven personality who believes in bridging the gender gap by providing information through research, in this light, he has contributed to a litany of research and policy briefs which borders on issues such as Female Genital mutilation, sex worker’s rights, the rights of domestic workers and how war and large-scale crisis affect women’s participation. Currently the acting co-executive director of the organization, a former youth coordinator of Menengage Cameroon and a GROGEST fellow.
Etumboh is an approachable personality, proficient in English and basic in French, Microsoft suite. Etumboh has a Bsc in women studies and law, an LLM in international trade and investment law in Africa, A B.L from the Nigerian law school and a post graduate diploma in international Gender Equality studies from the University of Iceland. Etumboh has co-authored several academic papers some of which are published in international journals.
